n the divine wisdom of our Creator, we have been fashioned
with the inherent need for sleep. Moments of rest have been
purposefully woven into the fabric of our lives.
Looking at this example, even God, in all His majesty, chose to
rest on the sacred Sabbath day after the completion of His work.
Further to this, the majority (if not all) of the most enigmatic
occurrences that we have read about in both the Old and New
Testaments were born from the visions and messages that were
communicated to and through God’s chosen people during that
time when the human mind is the most quiet and receptive to
divine communication.

Sleep, my dear reader, stands as one of God’s marvelous
creations—a fundamental necessity that no mortal can endure
without. It wields a profound influence over every facet of our
existence and renders unparalleled rejuvenation that detoxifies
us amidst the relentless demands of our days.
It is my hope that through this book you will come to discover
the intricate fabric of sleep, revealing its incomparable impact on
the quality of life you live, and embracing its vital and profound
role on your mind and well-being.
